Everybody has those times when they are just sitting by themselves and not doing anything in particular and that thought of wanting something to crunch on crosses your mind. So you get up, go to the kitchen and get a snack and head back to whatever you were doing.

Everyone looks forward to the weekend. It's like a mini vacation from the work week and you are literally free to do whatever you want, sleep in until whenever see whoever and even spend the whole weekend without pants if you really feel inclined to.

If you eat a balanced diet and work out regularly, but can't get 7-8 hours of sleep a night all other efforts to stay healthy seem pointless. Sleep should be a priority in everyone's lives, it lets your body rejuvenate and get ready for the next day.
